Everyone knows the early morning rush, and nobody enjoys it. We all just want a quick and easy lunch that we can throw together, but we want it to be a treat for our taste buds so we can make it through the day. Here are some super easy; we think you’ll enjoy your lunch breaks. Not only are they mega healthy, but they will also save you some money instead of getting take-out!

Buddha bowls are a healthy and nutritious bowl filled with grains, lots of colorful veg and can be topped with your favorite sauce (we like peanut sauce – it’s incredible.) They are often made with raw veggies, beans, grains, and/ or rice. They are full of vitamins and nutrients that are sure to help you through a tough workday. This lunchbox is a sure winner for a healthy lunch alternative. Filled with tuna, egg, almonds, cucumber, and apples, you’re getting all the nutrition that you need. It is jam-packed (not literally) with protein, so it will keep you awake for the last stretch of your day.

Yes, we are serious, this is a thing. Brussels sprouts are the perfect alternative for your green-based salad. Many stores now sell brussels pre-chopped, so you don’t even have to worry about the hard work beforehand. Pop them in a bowl and mix them with apples, pecans, or whatever you fancy for a perfectly balanced work lunch.

If you’re more attached to your sandwiches, fear not. Apples and peanut butter are a fairly common snack- right? Now try putting them in a sandwich. Trust us, it’s amazing.
